Akeem Olatunji Holds LG Security Council Meeting, Says Patrol To Increase Along Oyo-Ogun Border Area

The Executive Chairman of Oluyole local government, Akeem Olatunji, yesterday convened a Security Council meeting with heads of security agencies in the council in a bid to evaluate prevailing challenges and chart a new course.  The meeting, which held in his office at the local government Secretariat, Idi-Ayunre, also saw the unveiling of some strategic security measures to address issues bothering on kidnapping, car hijacking, and armed robbery among others.  Speaking with newsmen shortly after the meeting, Olatunji, flanked by key security stakeholders including representatives from the police force, Nigeria Security and Civil Defense (NSCDC), Amotekun Corps, and Local Vigilante Groups, addressed the pressing security concerns facing Oluyole residents.
