Oluyole Council of Obas Visits Akeem Olatunji After Electoral Victory, Vows To Sustain Support

  As a demonstration of solidarity and unity, the Oluyole Council of Traditional Rulers paid a courtesy visit to Akeem Olatunji at his private residence at Sanyo, to celebrate his electoral victory at the just concluded local government election in the state. Chairman of the Council, Baale Mustapha alongside Baale Kabiru Olajide Oleyo, Baale Ashaka led the delegation to Olatunji’s residence. Olatunji, who was the chairmanship candidate of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oluyole local government polled 17,063 to emerge winner of the election. During the meeting, discussions centered on collaborative efforts aimed at promoting development, preserving cultural heritage as well as fostering peace and harmony within the LG.
