The Tribunal in judgment upheld Hon. Abass Adigun’s victory and swiftly dismissed the petitions of Apc candidates, Dapo Lam who challenged Hon. Abass Adigun’s overwhelming electoral success. It is a momentous development with a glow of enthusiasm, vindicating the previous triumphant declaration by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
