Just in: Ona Ara LG Boss, Dr. Temitope GLORIOUS Commissions ILAJI Electric Motorcycle, Solar-Powered Tricycles

The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has commissioned electric motorcycles and solar-powered tricycles, fulfilling a promise made by the Jagunmolu Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, a few weeks ago.

In a statement signed by his media officer, Mr. Rahmon Alawode, and made available to newsmen, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS expressed his gratitude to Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi for his initiative. He praised Chief Sanusi for supporting Governor Seyi Makinde’s developmental plans during these challenging times, characterized by high fuel prices. The introduction of electric buses, tricycles, and motorcycles is aimed at alleviating transportation burdens for the people of Ona Ara, Ibadanland, and Oyo State as a whole.

Freshvoice Newsmedia recalls that three weeks ago, Dr. Temitope Kolapo commissioned the first electric bus in the state. During the recent event, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi highlighted the significance of the electric bus project in addressing the transportation needs of the Ona Ara community.

The event saw the presence of key dignitaries including the Vice Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government and political head of INUKAN LCDA, Hon. Windapo Oluwole; Ona Ara House Leader, Hon. Abolade Yerima; other councillors; Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party in Ona Ara, Hon. Mosobalaje Bakare; Chief Waheed Ajao Adurodekun; Alfa Kehinde Adeyemo; Hon. Isiaka Arinola; and others.

Dr. Kolapo concluded the event by reiterating his commitment to sustainable development and improved transportation infrastructure for the benefit of the people of Ona Ara.
