Prince Bamidele's educational journey began at Army Barracks Grammar School, Iwo-Road, Ibadan, where he obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1987. He then proceeded to The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State, where he earned his Higher National Diploma in Applied Chemistry. Furthering his academic pursuits, he obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State in 2014.

Prince Bamidele's political journey began during his student days at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, where he held the position of Welfare Secretary in the Student Union Government from 1995 to 1996. This formative leadership experience not only ignited his passion for public service but also laid the foundation for his future political pursuits.

Following his initial appointment, Prince Bamidele served as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Osun State on Community Affairs from 2014 to 2015 during the administration of former Governor Rauf Aregbesola. He was subsequently reappointed as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on the Anchor Borrowers Program, a position he held from 2016 to 2018.

As an accomplished agro-consultant, Prince Bamidele has leveraged his extensive knowledge, acquired through various seminars, workshops, and conferences, to deliver impactful agricultural projects to institutions such as Bowen University and the University of Ibadan, as well as corporate organizations and private individuals. His innovative approaches have made agricultural ventures more engaging and lucrative.

Driven by a passion to enhance lives and add value to nature, Prince Bamidele established Royal Entertainment Cruise in Eleyele, Ibadan, where the waterfront is utilized for entertainment and leisure activities such as boating, kayaking, and other recreational pursuits. This initiative caught the attention of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, who recognized his efforts and awarded him the Oyo State Emerging Tourist Site Award on April 17, 2024.The European American University's tradition of awarding honorary doctorates to distinguished individuals is a testament to its commitment to recognizing excellence and achievement.
