Court Of Appeal Affirms Tribunal Judgment, Sacks Kano Governor

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has upheld the ruling of the Election Petitions Tribunal sacking Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State.


In its judgement on Friday, the Appeal Court agreed with the judgement of the tribunal, ruling that the fielding of Abba Yusuf was in breach of the Electoral Law as he was not qualified to contest that Election

Oluyole Inaugurates NYSC Local Government Committee

  Oluyole Local Government Area of Oyo State has become the first in the state to inaugurate a statutory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Local Government Committee, in line with the NYSC Act.
